“I began my career with Dewar Lakeland in 2002. After spending some time as a trade’s worker, I quickly excelled into various roles including QA/QC, Corporate HS&E Manager, Estimator, Business Development, and in 2019 I was promoted to General Manager. Having experience in multiple roles allows me to effectively manage in all areas. I believe that to be a successful leader you must develop other leaders around you. My strategy is to engage front line management teams through personal influence, teamwork, and communication contributing to the creation of a positive company culture.”

Michelle has been a vital part of the Dewar Lakeland team since 1991, starting her career in the accounting department. Throughout her tenure, she has taken on numerous roles, gaining extensive experience and expertise in financial management and strategic planning. Her dedication and leadership have propelled her to the position of Corporate Finance Director, where she oversees the company’s financial strategies and operations. Michelle’s commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of the industry continue to drive the success of Dewar Lakeland.
